What are the office hours?
Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Sunday hours vary by location.

When can I access my unit?
Access your unit from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Additional hours of entry available with management approval and monthly fee.

What security features do you offer?
We offer 24-hour video surveillance and coded door entry to ensure the utmost protection of our tenants and their belongings.

Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.

Do you provide moving carts?
Yes, they’re available throughout the building to make moving as smooth as possible.

Do I need my own lock?
No, that’s taken care of for you with our Noke smart keyless entry system.

How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items or liquids.

Does Discovery Storage offer Insurance?
We do. We require insurance because we want your possessions to be as secure as possible.

What kind of move out notice do I need to provide?
Just notify us 15 days prior to your intended move out and you’ll be good to go.

How does access to your mailboxes and parcel lockers work?
Every tenant has the option to rent a mailbox or have your packages sent to one of our parcel lockers. The Noke app provides access to the mailboxes and lockers. Parcel Pending lockers alert you when you receive mail or packages.
